Mt Ruapehu

Mt Ruapehu is home to the most awesome natural skiing and snowboarding terrain in the country, huge snow filled basins, steep chutes, drop-offs and secret powder stashes. Mt Ruapehu offers something for everyone: fantastic learners' facilities, terrain parks for snowboarders and freeskiers of all abilities, and the best spring skiing in New Zealand. This is my first time skiing in New Zealand.

Rotorua

The main Rotorua attraction is the Wai-o-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, offers "A Wonderland of Stunning Geothermal Activity" including the world famous champagne pool, geysers & bubbling mud. The next day , we went to Skyline Rotorua set on side of Mt Ngongotaha offering Gondola and LUGE rides .Luge ride is fun!!
